Responsibilities - Business Development & Financial Modelling
Assist in preparation or review of feasibility studies to evaluate business or development proposal in-line with a strategies intent or business proposal objective.
Undertake market research and benchmarking on property trends, best practices for the purpose of analysis in performing feasibility studies.
Assist in develop financial models to undertake financial projections to determine project revenue, profit and loss, cash flow position for various business proposals and projects.
Assist in collate information and data for the purpose of the development of strategies planning and business positioning in the formulation of strategies and plans aimed at maximizing stakeholders returns.
Assist in plan and organize presentation packs for internal & external meeting/workshop/forum.
Organise and execute all sales and promotional activities to ensure sales target are achieved as planned.
Communicate with relative agencies and vendors for design and printing of marketing collaterals.
Establish good relationship with the media, event managers, real estate agents, consultants etc.
Liaise with bankers, lawyers on end financing matters and update on the loan packages for each project and provide relevant information to facilitate the S&P execution.
Informing registrants to new launches and follow-up with prospective buyers who have yet to purchase.
Requirements
Must possess Degree in finance, Marketing, accountancy, banking, business or professional accountancy qualification.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good command of English and Mandarin, computer literate and have own transport.
Readiness to work on weekends and public holidays. Replacement leave is provided.
